The supportive role will contribute to the management and execution of artwork and labeling processes within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. This position focuses on operational support to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely implementation of artwork and labeling updates.

Responsibilities include performing well-defined tasks independently and assisting with more complex projects under close supervision.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

  • Acts as a resource in the assigned business area.
  • Assists in data collection and preparation for metrics reporting, including data analysis and manipulation.
  • Manages records in validated electronic management systems, including data entry, tracking, and follow-ups with owners to drive completion.
  • Provides administrative support for artwork system maintenance and activities.
  • Supports day-to-day artwork management processes, performing routine tasks under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Ensures accuracy and consistency of documentation.

Knowledge And Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage workload effectively, independently, and contribute in a team setting.
  • Strong attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to manage multiple activities to meet deadlines.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferred experience in pharmaceutical product artwork/labeling, regulatory, or related fields.

Education And Experience

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline.
  • Minimally requires one year of experience or an equivalent combination of advanced education and experience.

Flexibility Options

Hybrid-Eligible or On-Site Eligible. In this Hybrid-Eligible role, you can choose to be designated as: Hybrid—work remotely up to two days per week; or On-Site—work five days per week on-site with ad hoc flexibility.
