The IHQ Heme Digital Platform Associate Director assists in the development, execution, and optimization of customer facing digital capabilities used by commercial teams to engage patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and payers. This role will work with commercial teams, information technology, multiple vendors and agencies to help ensure the organization’s processes, personnel, budget, and platforms are operating effectively to support the commercial business needs across all geographies.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Functions as International product owner for major Heme digital platforms, including Vertex Connects Portal.
- Assists in identifying current and future gaps in the commercial organization’s ability to engage customers through digital channels such as websites, emails, and social media.
- Works with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize digital capability programs and establish aligned roadmaps to meet prioritized needs.
- Ensures roles and responsibilities are clearly documented and communicated to ensure effective delivery of digital programs.
- Creates, executes, and communicates performance management plans to continuously improve the digital operating model.
- Identifies and manages external agencies and vendors supporting digital programs.
- Supports the growth of digital skills throughout the commercial organization.
