We have a client based in N1, London (near Kings Cross station), and they are looking for some support with Microsoft PowerPoint training for their team. It will be a 2 day requirement initially. The training is for 8 people, one to prepare content and another to deliver the training onsite.

Job brief:

Audience: Mixed ability group (beginner to intermediate) Business users who create internal and client-facing slides.

Objectives/Outcomes:

  • Build clear, well-structured slide decks (story flow, key messages, audience fit)
  • Use layouts, themes, and Slide Master to keep branding consistent
  • Improve slide design (alignment, spacing, typography, colour, accessibility)
  • Create and edit charts, diagrams, and visuals effectively
  • Use speaker notes, presenter view, and delivery best practices
  • Collaborate on decks (reviewing, comments, versioning)

Format Approach:

Onsite delivery with hands-on exercises and examples. Interactive workshop style ideally based around real-world scenarios and typical business decks.
