Vertex It Solutions are working alognside a leading UK based managed service provider who are supporting a highly reputable customer who operate in Hammersmith. Together, we are recruiting for a customer focussed IT Inventory Specialist to work soley at their customer site. This role operates five days on site Monday – Friday on a permanent basis. The successful candidates’ main goals would be to maintain a comprehensive inventory of all IT stock and know or have access to information on the location of various IT kit i.e laptops, desktops, mobile devices. Other duties include: Conducting regular audits to verify the accuracy of asset records and reconcile any discrepancies Receiving all requests for hardware, checks stock, and arranging issue of hardware for New Starters, Device Refresh, or Interns Use of ServiceNow, Prorizon and AMDB toolsets to meet these objectives. To qualify: Exceptional time management skills, punctual and reliable. Excellent communication both written and verbal.
