IT Engineers wanted for a Windows rollout project. The engineers will be floor walkers to support end users going through Win11/M365 deployment, providing presence for key sites/departments undergoing the Windows upgrade (deployed remotely), supporting with initial troubleshooting, general user requests, and further escalations into project technical/hyper care teams.

Must have a solid IT Support background, strong troubleshooting, and communication skills.
