Our client are looking for a Client Services Engineer based at in Moor Row, West Cumbria on a permanent basis to join their growing support team. This is a hands-on, site-based role where you’ll provide deskside support for a wide range of IT incidents and service requests. Working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll play a key role in keeping users productive by resolving hardware and software issues quickly and effectively.

If you enjoy problem-solving, working directly with users, and being part of a collaborative IT team—this role is for you.

  • Providing deskside support for IT incidents and service requests
  • Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues across desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Collaborating with wider IT teams and workflow managers
  • Supporting ad hoc tasks and project work as required
  • Ensuring compliance with security and health & safety policies

Previous IT support experience (ideally 2+ years)

  • Good knowledge of Windows operating systems
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Basic server knowledge (smart hands support)
  • Network troubleshooting or build experience
  • Printer installation and configuration
  • Familiarity with VPN and remote working technologies
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications
