Desktop level engineer,
/n
3 days a week, for 2 months - based on site in Oaklands Office Park, Hooton, Ellesmere Port

£200 per day Inside IR35

Duties and Responsibilities
/n
IT Support & Supplier Management
/n
/n
- First point of contact for internal IT queries
/n
- Work to resolve incidents and service requests
/n
- Manage service alerts, escalations and ticket queries
/n
- Liaise with suppliers to resolve business and technical issues
/n
- Coordinate and follow up on outstanding actions
/n
/n
On/Off Boarding
/n
/n
- Internal oversight of onboarding, offboarding changes
/n
- Work with HR and hiring managers to track progress and provide updates
/n
- Ensure accounts, equipment and access requests are completed.
/n
- Maintain internal IT onboarding tracker
/n
- Configure additional requirements such as mobile phones, phone numbers and internal systems access
/n
/n
Systems Administration
/n
Day-to-day administration/health checks where needed for:
/n
/n
- Microsoft 365
/n
- Entra ID
/n
- Intune
/n
- Microsoft Defender
/n
- uSecure
/n
- User management
/n
- Gap analysis
/n
- Phishing simulations
/n
- Keeper Security
/n
- User management
/n
- Risk scores etc
/n
- Support Vulnerability Management Activities
