Our client based in the City are looking for a D365 SME to join the client support team.
Rate: £300 – a day Inside IR35
Duration: 6 months initially but high potential to extend to 12 months.
Can be fully remote and need to be able to get in to London when needed.
The new resource should possess the following expertise:
- Understanding of D365 licenses and certificate management (essential)
- Ability to handle System and Organisation administration activities (essential)
- Experience in managing D365 change requests and support tickets (essential)
- Capability to effectively handle vendors and understand client requirements (essential)
- Competence in preparing documentation for other Dynamics team members and clients (essential)
- Proficiency in both functional and technical aspects of D365 Finance (essential)
- Strong understanding of Dynamics AX 2012, both functional and technical (preferred)
- Experience with Azure cloud services (preferred)
- Knowledge of Dynamics AX server deployments (preferred)
- Familiarity with Power Automate (preferred)
- Proficiency in Life Cycle Services (LCS) (preferred)
- Experience with SharePoint (preferred)
- Strong skills in SQL Server (preferred)
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, particularly for managing test cases (preferred)
