Vertex IT Solutions is continuing to support one of its Financial Services customers who have a busy 2022 ahead with recruitment and expansion. This is a technical role which includes Voice and AV engineering across existing CUCM, AV and MS Teams environments. The successful candidate will be tasked with delivery/design, implementation, transformation, troubleshooting and supporting the Voice strategy globally.
Tech environment includes (but not limited to):
- Cisco Call Manager
- Video End Points
- Video Conferencing
- MS Teams direct routing
- Expressways / Gateways
- Avaya Voice Recording
Experience required:
- Ideally have experience of Enterprise voice and collaboration technologies across financial services.
- Essential Experience in IP Network & Voice/IP Telephony.
- Experience with Cisco Unified Communication Suite & a strong understanding of LAN, WAN & telecommunication operations is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Cisco networking systems with the ability to configure & troubleshoot voice related hardware.
- CCNP or CCVP certification.
- M365 and Modern Workplace technologies.
- Session Border Controllers and SIP Trunking.
