Our client is offering a great opportunity to work as a project co-ordinator in an exciting and growing company. The applicant must have excellent customer service, organisation, communication skills and possess the ability to manage, track and progress multiple project tasks across different customers at the same time. The successful candidate will be working as part of a growing team supporting a new product offering by liaising with multiple different teams and suppliers to guide customers through the lifecycle of each project to ensure a high-quality end-to-end experience.

Key Accountabilities
  • Responsible for managing customers as a single point of contact through multiple stages of the order process from order validation to final closure.
  • Provide assistance to customers by phone and email.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and external teams/suppliers.
  • Meet deadlines and work to schedule.
  • Updating service systems to accurately track order progress across multiple concurrent orders.
Skills/Experience
  • Min 1 year experience in service/project co-ordination.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Phone (formerly Business Voice).
  • Experience of working on multiple projects at any given time.
  • Competent in prioritising workload in a lean and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • A positive ‘can-do’ attitude and willingness to go above and beyond.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Project.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to take ownership and responsibility to ensure the right outcomes for customers are achieved.
  • Relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
