This role is remote, requiring client visits across the Southwest.
You will support a portfolio of Clients with strategic and operational people management, helping leaders create positive workplaces and strong teams. Delivering expert HR advice, managing complex employee relations matters, and building trusted partnerships with leaders to support organisational success.
- Provide strategic and day-to-day HR support across a range of people matters.
- Manage complex HR casework, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, redundancy, restructures, and TUPE.
- Provide expert advice on employment law, policies and best practice.
- Support recruitment and talent pipelines, including senior and leadership-level roles.
- Attend and advise at formal hearings, appeals and union consultations.
- Coach and mentor junior colleagues.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a reliable partner on people strategy and organisational change.
- Use data, feedback and insights to improve service delivery and proactively address customer needs.
- Champion positive culture and collaboration, sharing best practice across teams and continuously looking for smarter ways of working.
