We are currently seeking an experienced Oracle E-business Suite HCM/Payroll Functional Consultant to join a client on an urgent contract engagement focused on payroll configuration and functional delivery within Oracle eBusiness Suite. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Oracle Payroll specialist who can work closely with stakeholders, lead workshops, and support key payroll enhancements and configuration activities.
Key Responsibilities- Configure and support Oracle EBS Payroll functionality
- Build and configure Elements and Fast Formula
- Implement Retropay and Proration
- Configure Payrolling of Benefits
- Support Payroll UAT activities
- Lead customer workshops and gather business requirements
- Work closely with functional and business stakeholders to deliver configuration changes
- Proven experience as an Oracle EBS HCM/Payroll Functional Consultant
- Strong Oracle Payroll configuration expertise
- Hands-on experience with:
- Elements
- Fast Formula
- Retropay
- Proration
- Payrolling of Benefits
- Experience supporting Payroll UAT
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced delivery environment
Contract Details: £550 per day, Outside IR35, Initial 2-month contract, Immediate start/short notice preferred.
