Marketing Manager – Content & Growth
Location: Fully Remote
Salary: Up to £37,000
Type: Full-Time
We’re looking for a creative and commercially minded Marketing Manager to join a growing, founder-led coaching business.
Working closely with the founders, you’ll take ownership of marketing activity and help turn ideas, expertise and coaching programmes into compelling campaigns and content that generate interest, leads and ultimately sales.
This is a hands-on role. We’re looking for someone who can think strategically but is equally comfortable getting involved in the execution.
What You'll Be Doing
Developing and managing the overall marketing and content strategy
Working closely with the founders to understand business goals, offers and target audiences
Creating engaging content across multiple formats and channels
Writing marketing copy, emails, landing pages, articles and campaign messaging
Developing campaigns to generate leads for coaching programmes
Building and improving marketing funnels and customer journeys
Supporting programme, product and campaign launches
Managing email marketing and lead nurture campaigns
Repurposing founder expertise, calls, webinars and other material into high-quality content
Working closely with the sales team to align marketing activity with commercial objectives
Monitoring campaign performance, leads and conversions
Testing messaging, offers and campaigns to improve performance
Identifying new opportunities to grow the brand and generate demand
About You
We’re looking for someone with experience across content marketing, digital marketing, growth marketing or demand generation.
Experience within coaching, consulting, education, personal development or another founder-led business would be particularly relevant.
You’ll ideally have:
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
Experience creating content that generates leads and enquiries
An understanding of marketing funnels and customer journeys
Experience with email marketing and nurture campaigns
