Your Responsibilities

• Create a warm, safe and engaging environment where children feel supported and valued.
• Support children's learning and development through play, exploration and creative activities.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Plan and contribute to stimulating indoor and outdoor learning experiences.
• Encourage children's independence, confidence and social development.
• Ensure safeguarding, welfare and health and safety standards are maintained.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality early years education.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education, Childcare or equivalent, or willingness to work towards a relevant qualification.
• A genuine passion for working with young children.
• An understanding of child development and learning through play.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A warm, patient and enthusiastic approach.
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
• Right to work in the UK.
