Freelance Legal Recruiter
Remote | Flexible Hours | 40% Commission | Opportunity to Become Permanent
We’re a growing legal recruitment agency with ambitious plans across the UK and US, and we’re looking for a freelance recruiter to grow with us.
You don’t necessarily need years of legal recruitment experience. We’re more interested in someone who can find great candidates, understands sourcing and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone and speak to people.
What you'll be doing
- Sourcing legal professionals across a range of practice areas
- Headhunting and approaching passive candidates
- Screening and qualifying candidates
- Building strong candidate relationships
- Working live roles across our growing client base
- Helping us build talent pipelines for future vacancies
Who we're looking for
Ideally, you'll have recruitment or legal recruitment experience, but we're also open to strong sourcers/resourcers who know how to find hard-to-reach candidates.
You'll need to be proactive, commercially minded and comfortable working independently.
The opportunity
This will initially be commission only, paying 40% of fees generated from your placements.
We want this to become much more than a freelance opportunity. As the agency grows, there will be the opportunity for high performers to move into a paid permanent position and play a bigger part in the growth of the business.
If you're looking for flexibility, strong earning potential and the chance to get involved with a recruitment agency at an early stage, we'd love to speak.
