Business Development Manager – Fully Remote
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Commission

We’re looking for an experienced and commercially driven Business Development Manager to join a fast-growing business working closely with founders, entrepreneurs and business owners.
The role will focus on building relationships with prospective clients, understanding their goals and challenges, and helping them identify the right coaching and consulting packages to support their growth.
This is not a scripted, high-pressure sales role. We’re looking for someone who can have genuine conversations, understand what a founder is trying to achieve and confidently guide them through the sales process.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for:
- Speaking directly with founders, entrepreneurs and business owners
- Managing both inbound opportunities and proactive outbound activity
- Running discovery and sales calls
- Understanding a prospect's business, challenges and growth objectives
- Presenting relevant coaching and consulting packages
- Handling objections and confidently closing opportunities
- Following up with prospects and nurturing longer-term opportunities
- Managing your own pipeline and CRM
- Working closely with the founders and wider team to improve the sales process
- Consistently working towards revenue and conversion targets
About You
We’re particularly interested in people with experience in:
- Business Development / Sales
- High-ticket or consultative sales
- Coaching, consulting or professional services
- Recruitment or other relationship-led sales environments
- Selling directly to founders or senior decision-makers
You’ll be confident on the phone and video calls, commercially minded and comfortable taking ownership of opportunities from the first conversation through to close.
Most importantly, you’ll know how to listen, ask the right questions and sell based on value rather than pressure.
