Actively promote the information located on our website and other communication tools sharing information about the organisation, and leveraging social media. Highlight aspects like work-life balance, exciting events, and real-life experiences from current employees. Partner managers, advise and agree recruitment approaches, and oversee candidate care throughout the selection process. Review and edit job advertisements ensuring our culture and inclusion is at the forefront of our brand. Oversee the UK visa sponsorship system for new recruits and ensure expiry dates for all employees on time limited visa are in the system. Responsible for ensuring new hires are paid accurately and on time, undertake the monthly payroll checking process in liaison with the external payroll provider and finance colleagues. Optimise job listings to attract not only qualified candidates but also those who align with the company culture is essential.
