Human Resources Coordinator (London Area)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a People Services Administrator in a prestigious education institute in one of Londons most iconic setting. This is a temporary role for 1-3 months with a chance of a permanent position.

The successful candidate's duties will include:

• Support the co-ordination of hiring processes, liaising with recruiting managers to finalise and launch job adverts, job descriptions, person specifications and other recruitment information.
• Use the e-recruitment system to monitor progress of vacancies, proactively liaising with recruiting managers and candidates to ensure a positive experience.
• Track cost of recruitment against budget and produce reports on key recruitment metrics e.g. time to recruit, spend on recruitment campaigns and EDI information.
• Conduct all pre-employment checks including Right to Work in the UK, references and DBS checks, escalating any concerns to the People Partner.
• Ensure the accurate and timely issuing of offer letters, contracts, new starter information, and reference requests.
• Support and ensure effective onboarding for new hires which sets the tone for a positive employee experience.
• Support the administration for the UK Visa sponsorship system for new recruits and ensure expiry dates for all employees on time limited visa are in the system.
• Ensure new hires are paid accurately and on time, undertake the monthly payroll checking

process in liaison with the external payroll provider.
