Vertex Associates are proud to be partnering with a rapidly growing business who are proactively seeking a Sales Manager to join their team. This is an onsite position which will include occasional travel across the UK.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and motivate a sales team managing relationships, ensuring strong performance and accountability
  • Drive consistent activity levels and keep the team focused
  • Strengthen and grow client network through proactive engagement and partnership development
  • Conduct regular in‑person meetings, visits, and check‑ins to maintain strong rapport and insight
  • Attend sector events and networking opportunities
  • Identify performance issues, implement improvement plans, and escalate concerns when needed
  • Produce weekly and monthly performance reports covering KPIs and pipeline activity
