Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Assurance / Programme Test Lead to take ownership of the testing and assurance function across a large-scale programme. This role requires strong leadership, governance, and stakeholder management capabilities to ensure quality delivery across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the testing and assurance function across the programme
  • Define, implement, and manage test strategy, governance, and reporting frameworks
  • Coordinate and oversee testing activities across multiple workstreams
  • Provide programme-level assurance on quality, risks, and delivery
  • Establish and enforce QA governance standards and best practices
  • Identify, assess, and manage risks related to testing and quality
  • Engage and manage senior stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights
  • Mentor, guide, and support testing teams and leads across the programme

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Test Manager, QA Lead, Assurance Lead, or Programme Test Lead
  • Strong experience in test strategy, planning, and execution
  • Demonstrated expertise in QA governance and reporting at programme level
  • Experience managing large-scale, complex testing programmes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of risk and quality management frameworks
  • Ability to lead cross-functional and distributed teams

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in multi-location programme environments
  • Background in complex transformation or enterprise-scale projects
