Sr. DevOps Engineer (SRE) – Remote (UK) | Long-Term Opportunity

We\’re Vertex Agility — a remote-first consultancy partnering with world-class organizations on cutting-edge technology projects. We\’re scaling our engineering team and looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer who can lead end-to-end SRE and Cloud practices.

What You\’ll Do

• Lead SRE practices and help architect the cloud-native solutions for AWS Cloud Environments with Terraform, CI/CD, error budgets, chaos engineering, SLOs/SLIs etc.
• Build and maintain container workloads using Kubernetes/Docker/Helm with zero-downtime deployments
• Application teams build apps and deploy them on the platform
• Automate provisioning, security auditing, quality gates across SaaS platforms

What You Must Bring

• Deep SRE experience with Kubernetes, Terraform IaC, Python/Golang/Bash/Shell/Ansible
• Prior Development background is highly desired.
• Should have experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins/GitHub/CircleCI/ArgoCD
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus/Grafana, CloudWatch, Datadog
