Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Assurance / Programme Test Lead to take ownership of the testing and assurance function across a large-scale programme. This role requires strong leadership, governance, and stakeholder management capabilities to ensure quality delivery across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the testing and assurance function across the programme
- Define, implement, and manage test strategy, governance, and reporting frameworks
- Coordinate and oversee testing activities across multiple workstreams
- Provide programme-level assurance on quality, risks, and delivery
- Establish and enforce QA governance standards and best practices
- Identify, assess, and manage risks related to testing and quality
- Engage and manage senior stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights
- Mentor, guide, and support testing teams and leads across the programme
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Test Manager, QA Lead, Assurance Lead, or Programme Test Lead
- Strong experience in test strategy, planning, and execution
- Demonstrated expertise in QA governance and reporting at programme level
- Experience managing large-scale, complex testing programmes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong understanding of risk and quality management frameworks
- Ability to lead cross-functional and distributed teams
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in multi-location programme environments
- Background in complex transformation or enterprise-scale projects
