The Role
As an Autoline Support Analyst, you’ll act as a vital link between IT, business users, and third-party suppliers. You’ll help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the Autoline system, maintain high data quality, and support system users while contributing to wider projects and system improvements.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing user access and security requests within Autoline, including new starters, changes, and leavers
- Providing second-line technical support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring timely resolution
- Working closely with external suppliers to escalate and track system issues through to completion
- Maintaining accurate records within internal and supplier ticketing systems
- Carrying out key data maintenance activities to support system accuracy and business operations
- Supporting period-end processes across financial modules
- Contributing to project work by sharing system expertise, coordinating communications, and supporting delivery milestones
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Proven experience in IT support, application support
- Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confidence working with data and maintaining system integrity
Desirable:
- Hands-on experience supporting the Autoline Dealer Management System
- Background in automotive retail, dealership, or related environments
- IT certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, or Microsoft
