We’re looking for someone to take a high-quality technology consultancy and build a scalable commercial engine around it.
This is a hands‑on growth role for someone who has done this before in a tech consultancy or services business — not just managed it.

The focus now is simple:
Turn that capability into a structured, repeatable growth model
You’ll own how we go to market — from proposition through to deal conversion — and build a system that scales.
What you’ll be doing
- Shape and close high-quality deals
- Align marketing directly to revenue outcomes
- Develop partner‑led growth, particularly with:
- Microsoft
- Amazon Web Services
- Google Cloud
- Introduce AI and automation into how we sell and deliver
What we’re looking for
You’ve already done this in a technology consultancy / services business.
- Built and scaled commercial offers or practices
- Turned capability into revenue‑generating programmes
- Closed and shaped deals in the £250k–£1m+ range
- Worked across sales, marketing and partnerships
- Comfortable operating in a hands‑on, founder‑led environment

- Strong partner‑driven pipeline
