Vertex Facades Ltd are recruiting a Cladding & Curtain Wall Manager with experience in the facades/cladding sector. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of all aspects of façade/cladding-related projects, technical knowledge and installation processes from pre-construction to completion. This position requires a collaborative approach, working closely with the senior team, engineers, subcontractors and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Management Team in delivery and reporting of survey and maintenance projects
- Coordinate with site team, directors and clients to ensure project requirements are met
- Manage project documentation and ensure it is accurate and up-to-date
- Read and understand technical drawings
- Create and update reports
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent (PAYE)
Pay: £40,000.00 - 50,000.00 per year (depending on experience)
Experience:
- Facades/cladding experience: 5 years (necessary)
- Knowledge of at least one system: Schuco, Kawneer or other similar Curtain Wall systems
- Hands-on experience in the curtain walling and rainscreen cladding industry and have an in-depth technical understanding
- Proactive and flexible approach, with good problem-solving skills
- Dealing with Clients
Licence/Certification:
- CSCS (required)
- Driving Licence (required)
- NVQ in curtain wall/cladding (preferred)
- Relevant curtain wall qualifications (preferred)
Primarily based at our Offices in Rotherham and Chesterfield, with occasional site visits.
