Description: Verteks Associates are a faade design practice focused primarily on the detail design of rainscreen cladding and glazing, predominantly for large scale commercial, educational and residential developments.
Our work typically includes the technical detailing of building faades in aluminium, stainless steel, glass, stone or ceramics plus curtain walling and windows for a variety of clients including developers, contractors, and system manufacturers.
The role: The role will primarily involve producing accurate detailed faade design drawings, in line with architectural concept drawings and specifications, and the production of material fabrication drawings /schedules for ordering / fabrication.
There will be a need for liaison with other team members, clients, Structural Engineers, and Architects, together with site visits and meetings as required.

Strong technical drawing skills in Auto CAD.
Understanding of architectural / construction processes.
Microsoft Office applications.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
All legal permits and visas required to work in the UK.
Desirable skill requirements: 3D drawing skills.
BIM / Revit Experience.
