A growing Top Tech Company is looking to add Senior IT Server Support Engineers to its operations team. Supporting large-scale online systems used globally, you’ll play a key role in ensuring infrastructure remains secure, stable, and highly available across a fast-moving production environment.

The role:

  • You’ll be responsible for supporting Microsoft-based infrastructure and cloud environments, covering monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous improvement across critical systems.
  • The role also involves working closely with internal stakeholders and supporting controlled infrastructure changes across the wider platform.

Essential:

  • Strong Windows Server experience including IIS, Failover Clustering and Microsoft NLB
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Entra / Microsoft 365 technologies including Exchange Online, Intune, Defender and Teams
  • Cloud infrastructure experience including AWS and Cloudflare
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience supporting high-availability production environments
  • Able to work remotely with one day per month in Oxford
  • Willing to participate in a shared 24/7 on-call rota

Nice-to-have:

  • Linux systems experience
