A growing, technology‑led organisation is looking to add IT Support Engineers to its Oxford‑based operations team. This role sits at the heart of a 24/7 production environment, supporting business‑critical systems and ensuring platform stability, availability, and performance.
The role: You’ll be responsible for BAU support of Microsoft‑based production systems, working from alerts through to resolution. The focus is on monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, and controlled change, rather than project delivery.
