Key Account Manager required by a well-established UK-based Manufacturing Company! This is a senior, commercially focused account management role with ownership of key client relationships. You will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of key accounts, acting as the main point of contact for customers and building trusted, long-term relationships. The role is predominantly office-based (around 80%), with the remainder involving trade shows and client visits.
Essential:
- Proven experience in Account Management or Key Account Management
- Experience in manufacturing environments
- Strong commercial mindset with experience growing accounts and managing revenue
- Confidence dealing with senior client stakeholders
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable managing pricing, margin and commercial conversations
- Well organised, with experience managing pipeline and forecasts
