Our client requires 2 x labourers for a 4-week contract at their fabrication/manufacturing facility in Swansea. This is a short-term role for suitable labourer candidates in the Swansea area, assisting the skilled workers on site and the client with new contracts that are starting.
In terms of the rate for this labourer role, this is £14 per hour for the first 40 hours per week, then time and a half for all hours worked over the basic 40-hour week, including the first 5 hours on Saturday. The remainder of Saturday and Sunday will be paid at double time when worked. The client is starting to get busy, and we therefore anticipate that overtime will be worked going forward.
Basic hours to be worked are 7.30 am - 4.30 pm for this labourer role, and candidates will require a CSCS card or CCNSG card.
