Site Supervisor – ICT & Telecoms Infrastructure – Mainland Europe I am working on behalf of four different clients within mainland Europe with simular needs on a variety of sites including Frankfurt, Hamburg, Lisbon, Germany and Finland.

Our primary client is a leading provider of ICT and Telecoms infrastructure solutions, delivering complex projects across Data Centres and critical infrastructure environments.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team and play a key role in the successful delivery of high-profile projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong technical background and proven leadership experience to work on challenging and rewarding installations within a fast-paced sector.

The Role As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

You will coordinate site operatives and subcontractors, monitor progress against project schedules, and ensure compliance with all site procedures and health and safety requirements.

Working closely with Project Managers, clients, and wider project teams, you will provide clear direction on site while maintaining a strong focus on quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction The Candidate The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Team Leader within ICT or Telecoms installations, ideally gained within Data Centre or infrastructure construction environments.

You will possess strong knowledge of ICT and Telecoms infrastructure and network systems, including fibre optic installation and testing, structured cabling, and high-density network deployments.

Experience working with Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A, OM4, OM5, OS2, and high-core-count fibre solutions is essential.

You will be confident reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams, and have experience briefing, coordinating, and supervising operatives and subcontractors on live construction sites.

A good understanding of RAMS, permit-to-work systems, and quality assurance processes is also required.

Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, is essential, alongside excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
