We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career looking to develop within a supportive environment and gain exposure across a variety of projects.

Working alongside experienced Quantity Surveyors and Senior Commercial staff, you will support the delivery of projects from pre-construction through to final accounts.

Job Role
  • Assist with cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Support the preparation of tender and contract documents
  • Help manage subcontractor procurement and accounts
  • Assist in valuations, variations, and final accounts
  • Monitor project costs and provide regular reporting
  • Work closely with site teams to ensure commercial control
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and financial procedures
Qualification
  • Degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
  • 1–3 years’ experience (or strong placement year experience) in a QS role
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Good understanding of construction processes
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ambition to develop into a fully qualified Quantity Surveyor
