Job Title: Data Centre Electrician (JIB Gold) | Location: Battersea | Rate: £230-£240 per day | Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Duration: 4-6 weeks (potential for extension)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced 1 x JIB Gold-Carded Electrician and 1x Electrical Improver to join a fast-paced project within a live data centre environment. The ideal candidate will be a reliable, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in electrical containment, first and second fix work, and the ability to work accurately from technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and maintain electrical containment systems (tray, trunking, conduit, etc.)
• Perform all aspects of 1st fix and 2nd fix electrical installations
• Interpret and work from electrical schematics and site drawings
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with site safety regulations
• Collaborate with site teams to meet tight deadlines
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment

Requirements

• Valid JIB Gold Card (Essential)
• Proven experience in data centre or similar high-spec environments
• Strong skills in containment and fix stages
• Excellent attention to detail and workmanship
• Ability to read and understand complex technical drawings
• Self-motivated, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Must bring own tools and PPE
