FLI Water is seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of water and wastewater treatment schemes from the ground up. About Us FLI Water is part of the FLI Group, a specialist provider of water and wastewater process technologies. We design, build, and operate treatment plants for municipal and industrial clients across the UK and Ireland. Our projects help protect the environment and improve public health — and we’re proud of the difference we make. What You’ll Be Doing As Site Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our on-site operations. You’ll oversee remediation and groundworks, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You’ll be responsible for: • Leading site teams and supervising all works • Managing health & safety, quality assurance, and productivity • Organising labour, materials, and plant • Running daily briefings, toolbox talks, and inductions • Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on progress • Living away Monday to Friday on active project site What We’re Looking For We’re after someone with strong leadership skills, technical know-how, and a proactive attitude. You’ll need: • Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) background • SMSTS certification • Black CSCS Card – Management & Professionals • EUSR Water Hygiene • Temporary Works Coordinator • Full 3-day First Aid Bonus points for: • Confined Space certification (City & Guilds 6160-09) • CPCS Appointed Person (A61) Travel & Site Commitment This role involves regular travel and staying on-site Monday to Friday.
