Vertas Group is seeking a part-time School Kitchen Lead based at William Lilley Infant & Nursery, NG9 7FS. You will work 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 13:00, 39.2 weeks per year, delivering nutritious meals with high service and food safety standards.
Responsibilities include preparing meals, managing the kitchen, stock control, and leading colleagues while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and excellent pupil and staff service.
