Vertas Group is seeking a Mobile Head of Kitchen to lead multiple catering sites across Nottinghamshire. The role covers 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 2:00pm, with 39.2 weeks per year, delivering high quality food and service standards.
You will manage day-to-day kitchen operations, supervise staff, ensure food safety and hygiene, control stock and waste, and travel between sites as required to support the catering operation.
