Vertas is seeking a Head of Kitchen to lead our school catering at St Botolph's Primary School, Diss. The role is 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am–2pm, term time plus 3 PD days and 38.6 weeks per year, delivering nutritious meals and ensuring food safety.
You will manage the kitchen team, plan menus, order stock, monitor budgets, and uphold health and safety standards while working with pupils and staff.
