Vertas Group's Facilities Team seeks a caretaker and cleaner for the Barrowhill Support KS2 site, a part-time post of 15 hours a week. The work covers cleaning, waste management, compliance checks, daily, weekly and monthly fire checks, and key holding. Hours run Monday to Friday on split shifts, early morning and late afternoon, with some flexibility for afternoons offered. Applicants need experience in caretaking, maintenance or a similar setting, and an Enhanced DBS check is required.
