HSQE Advisor

We are seeking a proactive and motivated HSQE Advisor to join our team, supporting the delivery of Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental compliance across operations in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.

Working closely with the Senior HSQE Advisor, you will play a key role in conducting audits, inspections and job safety analyses, while assisting in the development and implementation of policies, systems and procedures. You will provide professional advice and guidance to managers and employees, support incident investigations, contribute to risk and COSHH assessments, and help ensure management systems meet ISO standards and relevant accreditations.

This is a varied role where you will be engaging with colleagues at all levels, delivering health and safety briefings, and promoting a positive safety culture. You will also support business growth by contributing to client services and may be required to travel to national sites.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum)
  • Technical IOSH Membership
  • Experience in catering, cleaning, or facilities management environments
  • Strong knowledge of H&S management systems and auditing
  • Excellent communication, IT literacy, and report writing skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Level 3 Food Safety Training or equivalent (desirable)
  • Internal Auditor Training (desirable)
