This role may incorporate split day workings to cover operational needs. /p p br /p p strong Key Relationships: /strong /p ul li West Suffolk Taxi Licencing /li li DVSA /li li DVLA /li li Suffolk County Council Wider /li li Vertas Group Depot /li li Managers Swimming Services /li li Engineering Depots Schools /li li Local establishments /li li Parents /li li Colleagues /li /ul p br /p p strong Main Activities and Responsibilities: /strong /p ul li Assist in ensuring legal compliance with Operators and Taxi License held by Vertas /li li Report to Depot Manager - Rougham /li li Assisting with the Management of Priory Taxi and Educational Transport Operations /li li Line Management and coaching of Drivers and Passenger Assistants based at Bury St Edmunds Depot /li li Support the Depot Manager with implementing department or group wide initiatives, procedures and processes /li li Responsibility alongside the Depot Manager for all Passenger Operations from Bury depot /li li Responsibility for Bury depot standards and requirements /li li Continuous Improvement and Development of the operation of all areas of responsibility /li li To champion group values and challenge behaviours where appropriate /li li Ensure financial targets are met and maintained for Bury St Edmunds Depot /li li Ensure all business KPIs are met and maintained for Bury St Edmunds Depot /li li Colleague engagement at Bury St Edmunds Depot /li li To manage conduct and performance in line with company process /li li Ensure training levels are maintained in line with company and DVSA requirements. /li li Health and Safety of all colleagues, vehicles, public and site at Bury St Edmunds Depot /li li Manage attendance levels for Priory Operation as well as Educational Transport /li li Follow and implement all Vertas Policies and Procedures /li li Any other duties deemed necessary by Depot Manager – Rougham /li li To deputise for the Depot Manager – Rougham during absence. /li li To work towards Transport Managers Qualification /li /ul p br /p p strong Apply Today /strong /p p If you’re ready to bring your skills to a company that values people and places, strong apply now /strong and start your journey with Vertas /p
