Executive Search Consultant – Leadership Recruitment
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Search Consultant to join our in-house Leadership Recruitment team. This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting senior leadership talent to support strategic business growth across the European region.
Working closely with executive recruiters, senior business leaders, and hiring stakeholders, you will lead high-impact search assignments, deliver market intelligence, and build strong leadership talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with executive recruiters and senior business leaders to deliver leadership hiring projects across Europe.
- Conduct confidential executive search, talent mapping, and market research assignments to identify high-calibre leadership talent.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior candidates and key stakeholders.
- Produce market insights, competitor intelligence, and talent landscape reports to support strategic hiring decisions.
- Build and nurture executive talent pipelines through proactive candidate engagement and networking.
- Assess leadership candidates against current and future business requirements.
- Identify and utilize innovative sourcing channels to attract senior-level talent.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage multiple executive search projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Prepare and present research findings, talent insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to long-term workforce planning and leadership succession initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Executive Search, Leadership Recruitment, or Senior-Level Talent Acquisition.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end executive hiring projects.
- Proven experience sourcing and engaging senior leaders and executive-level candidates.
- Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders and advising hiring leaders.
- Ability to handle highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Experience working in complex, matrixed, or global organizations is advantageous.
- Understanding of the European Professional Services, Technology, Digital, or Consulting markets.
- Exceptional research and talent mapping capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, including interactions with C-suite executives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a busy environment.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Highly proactive, self-motivated, and follows through on commitments.
