Versus Fc is seeking a part-time HR Manager in London/WFH to support our team and protect our culture. You’ll work with the CEO and leadership to bring clarity and consistency to how we operate, without diluting what makes Versus Fc unique.
You will draft an Employee Handbook, implement HR policies, oversee contracts, handle minor grievances, and manage recruitment for 5–10 hires per year while building a strong onboarding journey.
