Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in embedded systems firmware development with proven technical leadership
- Strong and substantial expertise in Embedded C/C++
- Hands‑on experience with RTOS-based development, such as Free RTOS, Zephyr, or equivalent
- Microcontroller/So C experience, such as ARM Cortex M, ESP32, or similar
- Experience with wireless communication protocols such as Bluetooth, Wi Fi, Lo Ra, or others
- Full product lifecycle experience from requirements through production
- BEng/BSc in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
- Detail‑oriented with a strong commitment to code quality and testing
- Nice to have: PCB design experience, such as Altium, or hardware design experience
- Nice to have: medical device or safety‑critical systems background
- Nice to have: hands‑on electronics experience, including soldering, breadboarding, and circuit design
- Nice to have: Linux systems and embedded Linux development experience
- Nice to have: Python or scripting for test automation

Responsibilities
- Lead firmware development projects across multiple platforms and device types
