The company designs and manufactures rugged, reliable power systems used in demanding environments across sectors including aerospace, defence and marine. With a strong order book and continued growth, this is an excellent opportunity to join a small but expanding engineering business. This is a hands-on production role suited to someone with experience in electronic or mechanical assembly, soldering or wiring. Full training will be provided, with opportunities to develop your skills, gain further qualifications and progress within the business. The Role Working within the Operations team, you will be responsible for assembling products to the required quality standards and ensuring they are delivered on time. Your responsibilities will include: Electronic assembly Soldering Cable and wiring assembly Mechanical assembly Surface-mount assembly (useful but not essential) Following production processes and work instructions Supporting materials processing, goods receipt and despatch Supporting equipment calibration and maintenance Contributing to continuous improvement projects Maintaining high standards of quality and health
