A leading electronics manufacturer in Colchester is looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to join their growing team. You will play a key role in maintaining and improving the company's Quality Management System, driving compliance to ISO9001, and acting as a technical point of contact for customers. This role suits someone who is confident, collaborative, and comfortable working across engineering, production, and customer teams.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Leading quality activities across the manufacturing process for electronic products
  • Managing, maintaining, and improving the company's QMS
  • Ensuring compliance with ISO9001 and supporting audits

  • Supporting root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives
