Are you an Engineering Manager who still enjoys getting hands‑on with hardware? This role blends technical leadership with practical problem‑solving, driving forward a busy product development roadmap while strengthening an established electronics portfolio.
You'll lead a dedicated Hardware and Electronics function, working closely with Software and wider engineering teams to ensure products come together smoothly, reliably and on time. Expect a mix of leadership, hands‑on debugging, technical direction and pushing projects through to completion.
You'll take ownership of hardware and electronics development across both existing products and new solutions. This includes guiding engineers, unblocking technical challenges, improving processes and ensuring the department delivers high‑quality, well‑integrated designs.
You'll also explore ideas and approaches from adjacent industries — whether that's industrial electronics, IoT, medical devices, automotive electronics, automation, defence or consumer tech — to help shape future product direction.
