This high-performance engineering firm has grown revenue by 50% over the past three years, and now aims to achieve a further 40% uplift across new commercial markets. As Strategic Market Development Lead, you\’ll own and shape go-to-market strategies across a diverse and dynamic European landscape.
🧠Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic assessments and develop entry plans for untapped European markets
- Create and implement go-to-market strategies tailored to fragmented regions
- Manage a hybrid model of direct and distributor sales
- Drive revenue via project-based sales cycles and long-term client relationships
- Translate market opportunities into actionable commercial outcomes
👤 What We\’re Looking For:
- Strong background in solution-led B2B sales within premium, technical sectors
- Experience with complex, high-value manufactured products
- Proven ability to work independently and meet ambitious commercial targets
- Deep understanding of European markets—commercially, culturally, and regulatorily
- Multilingual skills are advantageous but not essential
💰 What\’s on Offer:
- Base salary of £50,000
- Performance bonus: 25–30%
