Are you a creative Videographer who enjoys transforming technical subjects into engaging visual content? We're recruiting for an exciting in-house role with a growing technology-focused business that is investing heavily in its digital content and online presence. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of video projects from concept through to completion, creating a wide variety of content including product demonstrations, how-to guides, project features, social media content, and behind-the-scenes footage.
You'll join a busy marketing team and play a key role in producing high-quality video and photography content for established digital channels with a large and engaged audience.
The Role
This is a hands-on position where you'll be involved in every stage of the content creation process, from planning and filming through to editing and publishing. You'll work closely with technical teams and management to create engaging content that communicates complex concepts in an accessible and visually compelling way.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate video and photography projects from concept to completion
- Prepare shot lists, schedules, and filming requirements
- Film high-quality video content using professional camera equipment
- Direct on-screen presenters and contributors during shoots
- Edit long-form and short-form content for digital platforms
- Produce content for YouTube, social media, websites, and marketing campaigns
- Capture photography and video content for ongoing marketing activities
- Manage post-production workflows and content libraries
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with business objectives
- Stay up to date with industry trends, techniques, and creative best practices
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Videographer, Video Producer, Content Creator, or similar role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality video production work
- Experience creating engaging content from technical or complex subject matter
- Advanced Adobe Premiere Pro skills
- Experience using Adobe After Effects
- Good understanding of photography, videography, and post-production processes
- Experience operating professional camera equipment
- Knowledge of lighting setups and wireless audio equipment
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
Desirable Experience
- Degree or qualification in Video Production, Media, Film, or a related discipline
- Experience creating content within engineering, technology, automotive, manufacturing, or technical sectors
- Knowledge of wider Adobe Creative Suite applications
- Experience growing YouTube or social media channels through video content
