Job Title: Senior Embedded Software Engineer
Location: Southampton, Hampshire (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)
Salary: Up to £65,000 + Benefits

Key Responsibilities
- Drive embedded software development for a new product line currently in design
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Design, develop, and debug embedded software for real-time applications
You’ll Need:
- Proven experience in full lifecycle embedded software development
- Strong proficiency in Embedded C/C++
- Experience with bare metal programming
- Knowledge of RTOS (Real-Time Operating Systems)
- Familiarity with communication protocols (e.g. UART, SPI, I2C, CAN) is advantageous
- Proven ability to read, interpret, and debug firmware against hardware schematics
