We’re partnering with a growing manufacturing business looking to strengthen its project delivery team with the addition of a Project Coordinator / NPI Project Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working across engineering and manufacturing teams, building strong customer relationships, and helping bring new products into production successfully.
The business is currently investing heavily in improving and evolving its internal processes, systems, and ways of working. It’s an exciting stage of growth. You’ll work closely alongside an experienced senior project professional who will provide support and mentorship, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in project management long term. What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating projects from initial customer requirements through to manufacturing delivery
- Working cross-functionally with engineering, production, quality, and procurement teams
- Tracking timelines, risks, costs, and project milestones
- Supporting customer communication and providing regular progress updates
- Helping ensure projects remain aligned to scope, quality, and delivery expectations
- Maintaining project documentation, reports, and technical records
- Supporting continuous improvement activity across project processes
- Contributing to a collaborative and solutions-focused team culture
